You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future". Within this team, you will be part of the Core HCM solutions team to oversee the effective utilization, and continuous improvement of the Core HCM platform in areas of Workforce Administration, Workforce Management, and payroll.

Role Mission

  • As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Service Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets.
  • Technical platform ownership of core Identity platforms that include Identity governance and Authentication.
  • Managing service levels, operations KPI's, audit remediation actions and continuous improvements.

Main Responsabilities

  • Implementation of IAM solutions to safeguard sensitive data and systems to improve security and efficiency.
  • Overseeing access control policy enforcement via identity governance.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and underlying systems supporting user lifecycle.
  • Leading a team to manage user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and authentication processes.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Providing expertise in managing identity lifecycle, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication on-prem or SaaS solutions, platform maintenance, infrastructure, and DR exercises.
  • Conducting periodic User Access Reviews of user access to ensure compliance via IGA solution.
  • Incident Management, Critical Incident Management, and response.
  • Providing governance on implementation, maintenance, and support services with KPIs, SLAs.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and contracts, review and find opportunities to improve services, reduce costs.
  • Providing support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business: Leadership Workshops, Stakeholder Engagement and Regional Engagements
  • Manage capacity forecast & Planning, skill forecast & development to effectively manage allocations & report financials.
  • Stay current on digital trends and advancements, evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on the capability's digital services.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity governance solutions, configuration, customization, security, integration, reporting, and testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in managing identity lifecycle through Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, PingIdentity, CyberArk or similar on-prem / SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in establishing continuous improvement support model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management, Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with users, professionals, and IT teams.
  • Experience in engaging, influencing, and driving initiatives by partnering with stakeholders.
  • Must have experience in direct and extended team people management.
  • Experience mentoring software engineers and extended team members.

Preferred to have

  • Experience with specific HR technology platforms like Workday, Successfactors, Oracle Fusion
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience in vendor assessments, evaluations and supplier engagement process (RFI/RFP)
  • Experience in at least two implementation of Core IGA solution in a large organization.
