The Role: Performance Business Finance Controller
What will you do?
1. Contribute to Cluster strategic planning
- Support general guidelines' definition and templates preparation
- Support general cluster simulation
- Support cluster review and validation
2. Lead and contribute to Quarterly forecast process
- Support guidelines' definition and templates preparation
- Support the elaboration and simulation for country/cluster financials
- Lead on SFC forecast by function and nature
- Support review and validation
3. Drive monthly performance analysis and recommendations
- Lead Gross Margin analysis and follow up with plants/ factories
- Assess monthly MOI/Incorporation accuracy and impact
- Ensure SFC are properly accounted for prior to closing
- Analyze monthly performance, leverage standard reporting and analysis produced by the Business Finance CoE /Digital Factory
- Monitor Year to Go reasonability, identify and propose action plans
- Prepare for monthly business review
- Work with different stakeholders to deliver results
4. Support period-end closing
- Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly closing
- Review and validate monthly closing activities performed by the Business Finance CoE
5. Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards Business Finance CoE
- Responsible for managing stakeholders' requests and follow-up towards Business Finance CoE
6. Contribute to Global/Zone standard alignment and continuous improvement of process
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for selected topics across the Zone
- Ensure Global standard application within the scope of activities
- Assess existing processes to simplify and standardise across the Zone
- Identify and initiate change requests on behalf of the clusters and Zone, in coordination with Business Finance CoE
- Support Global/Regional digital transformation initiatives
- Support Data compliance

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 8- 10 years of experience in finance and performance analysis roles
- Proven track record in contributing to operational efficiency and performance in an international context
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Proven track record in international business transformation and change management projects
