What do you get to do in this position?
• Develop product test and equipment specifications, and test programs.
• Collaborate with senior test engineers on NPI projects test equipment and deliverables.

• Develop equipment and process qualification plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in development and manufacturing.
• Assure compliance to Schneider Electric guidelines in the product designs through early
involvement in the product development process
• Hands on supervision of manufacturing prototype.
• Estimate resources and expenses for test equipment development, and create technical
documentation
• Actively participate in problem solving of manufacturing / quality issues
Qualifications
Education / Experience
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
• 2+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to communicate with test engineers and collaborate on testing electronic products
of industrial automation.
• Experience in test systems for manufacturing and collaboration with cross-functional
teams in development and manufacturing.
• Language: Fluency in English for professional functions.
Technical Requirements
• Electrical and electronic circuit knowledge: digital, analog, power, and high voltage
• General understanding of system design software architecture (C#, LabView, etc)
• Basic programming skill, with scripting experience (C#, Shell script, etc.)
• Exposure to various test equipment architectures (NI, PXI, Rack and Stack, etc)
• General knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, etc)
• Exposure or basic knowledge to In-circuit test such as Teradyne or Agilent platforms
• Basic knowledge of software source control, database
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process, traceability, and interlocking
