What will you do?

  • Join Our Team as a MRO Parts Specialist in Oxford, Ohio!
  • Are you ready to kick-start your career as a Spare Parts Specialist? Do you have a passion for supporting the manufacturing supply chain team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at our Oxford Ohio location!

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support and tasks for our Supply Chain operations.
  • This will involve stock taking transactions, placing orders for supplies, parts, and components, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in order to excel in this role.
  • Communicate with operations and maintenance personnel on part requirements, obsolescence, and replacement options
  • Monitor inventory levels, monitor consumptions and replenishments, make adjustments to safety stock levels
  • Communicate with suppliers on lead times, part details, and replacement options
  • Review work order details with the requester as necessary to ensure all information, tools and materials are available to perform the required tasks.
  • You would also be challenged to develop critical spare parts lists for equipment and manage spare parts organization in the CMMS and Maintenance spare parts crib.
  • Would be responsible for procurement of spare parts and materials for work orders when needed.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, a strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service are highly valued.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • HS Diploma/GED Required
  • Minimum 2 Year degree in technical field
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Experience with computers, MS Office
  • Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required
