For our Secure Power division, we are looking for an Partner Account manager IT Channel (M/W) who works for the region of Netherlands, reporting to our office in Hoofddorp.
What will you do?
- Achieve revenue goals with IT channel partners, including both pre-selected partners ready for further qualification and newly acquired partners within the IT market.
- Drive new business growth by identifying and qualifying new IT partners, expanding our market reach.
- Study trends in the IT market and leverage these insights to identify and acquire new partners with a suitable offer from our company's value proposition.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to create relevant growth initiatives and maximize partner potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive sales and optimize the route to market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Channel team, marketing, offer management, engineering, order management, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions and excellent partner enablement.
- Proactively manage all commercial activities, including issuing quotes and proposals, opportunity/project management, and driving projects to successful closure.
- Ensure an optimal partner journey through consistent communication, support, and problem-solving.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education/Experience: At least MBO/HBO diploma and/or 3-5 years of experience in IT Channel Business or IT sales (preferred).
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development within the IT industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT channel and reseller landscape.
- Lead Generation: Ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch preferred, Fluent in English mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, collaborative, goal-oriented, analytical, optimistic and a true team player.
