Key Responsibilities:
• Actively selling service products and solutions (service contracts, spare parts, equipment modernization, digital services, etc.);
• Generating demand for service products and solutions based on an understanding of the mining industry and the installed equipment within it;
• Building relationships with key partners and clients, identifying and engaging new partners, and developing the partner program;
• Developing a strategy for the growth of the service business through partners;
• Training and supporting partners, delivering presentations, and conducting technical seminars;
• Continuously enhancing technical and commercial skills to address client issues promptly;

• Analyzing the installed base, including competitors' installed base, to secure contracts;
• Managing inquiries and tracking their status in CRM systems;
• Preparing necessary reports.
Qualifications
Key Requirements :
• Location: Tashkent
• Knowledge of the local market, sales experience in Uzbekistan
• Knowledge
• Technical education; specialization in electrical engineering or automation is a plus;
• Experience in selling complex equipment;
• Proven experience in conducting high-level negotiations (with company executives);
• Proficiency in English;
• Readiness for business trips .
