Order Processing Specialist (Hybrid, Warrington)

We're looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Services business in Warrington. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you.

What you'll do:

  • Process customer orders from receipt to delivery within the SLA's, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Enter and maintain order information in the system, verifying accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, internal Sales teams, and Service Operation Managers to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Actively participate in Sales forecast meetings with Service Operations Manager reviewing the backlog of orders to hit the regions sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain order-related documentation, including invoices, shipping documents such as proof of delivery, and records of stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and resolve order-related issues promptly, including returns, exchanges, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Credit Control and Service Operations Managers on the monthly debt review meetings supporting with any invoice disputes for the region.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

What we're looking for:
  • Educated to GCSE level or in English and Maths (equivalent to Grade C or above) is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role/in a customer-focused environment would be required.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous SAP and CRM system experience is desirable.


This is a hybrid role based in Warrington. Standard working hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with an early finish at 4:30 PM on Fridays. Some flexibility is available.
