Your Mission
Drive the operational deployment of critical business practices, Process & Tools, Governance and KPI monitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases of Solution projects.
Ensure a proper management on Risks & Opportunities identification, monitoring, and escalation to the management to warn on any major deviation.

Scope & Environment
1. Full Energy Management System business across the region, supporting Clusters / Hubs during tendering & execution
2. Work with Clusters & HUB`s, leaders as well as the TM community
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
• Opportunity Portfolio Specialist
Ø Monitor opportunity pipeline portfolio as per Selling governance, leveraging bFO and GreenBerry tools, Sugar Mill.
Ø Support the Solution Selling Governance across the full Energy Management System within the MEAS geographic region.
Ø Animate/Organize the Regional Solution Opportunity Committee (RSOC)
Ø Ensure RSOC are scheduled as per global selling governance guidelines.
Ø Invitation of all RSOC meetings are being issued as per business DoA's
Ø RSOC invite to be send with clear bFO data quality.
Ø Challenge Sales Teams and be assertive with the right questions before animating the SOC meetings to extract the best results in SOC meeting.
Ø Ensure Master MEAS Invite list is always updated with changes in business organization.
Ø Obtain Decision Makers Acceptance/Delegation, prior to the meeting day, to connect & keep updated list of all business assistants.
Ø Ensure to study and review the data in SOC presentation and elements on S0 & S1 SOC are listed, and values are correct in bFO & SOC Prez
Ø Support Regional CPO to ensure pre-alignment at cluster is performed & confirmed by Cluster CPO with Cluster stakeholder before the SOC meeting.
Ø Ensure OL has completed the ESG assessment file ( as per the guidelines) & validated
Ø Ensure final RSOC prez to be ready 2 days before the RSOC plan date and the readiness of DRAFT file notes prior to RSOC date.
Ø Follow up on RSOC S0 and on Conditional GO and pull opp for SO & S1 updates.
Ø Ensure to have feedback on previous S0 or S1 SOC (in Refresh) Action Items
Ø Ensure that the release and preparation of the Minutes of Meetings (MoM) has to be fast enough to avoid any decision taken being held due to its preparation.
Ø Ensure that every negotiation, agreements and order/project status shared during the meeting. Ensure that the legacy for the future (in terms of background and assumptions decided during the meeting) were well documented and registered. MoM's are properly written & are distributed in maximum 2 days from the SOC date.
Ø SOC notes to be well documented in DRAFT WORD FILE sharepoint/data folders/bFO
Ø Ensure compliance of Customer Project Process (CPP) across Selling, for the full Energy Management System within the Cluster, including deployment, and coaching
Ø Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization contributing with actions Lessons learnt
Qualifications
About You
• Education
o University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
• Language requirements
o Fluent English is Mandatory
o A second language is valuable
• Experience & leadership
o Minimum 4-5 years in Quality assurance & Process & Tools & Project management
o Natural leadership. Acting like owner, open to discuss and challenge others, inspire and influence the change management
o Experience deploying Continuous improvement assignments & Leading transformation through business
