About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Offer Technical Leader to join our team working on the Enclosures and Industrial Sockets products. This role will be based in Stezzano and will involve technical development with a distributed team from Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electromechanical development with Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries. This role requires a leader who can lead technical analysis and development with squad members, successful deliver system on target.

-Work closely with Product Owner and Architect to setup story/task, support them with required technical details
- Lead Technical Specification and contribute to all Engineering activities
- Lead squad member to analysis technical issues and find the best solution
- Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts to achieve sprints and deliverables to business
- Ensure a Robustness & Reliable Design
- Oversee the development process from specifications to validation, ensuring timely delivery of technical documents encompassing quality, cost, and features
- Take care of product verification, including simulation, preparing product verification & validation plan, analysis of results & reports
- Support the certification team for certification assessment and product compliance
- Contribute to re-inforce design team competencies
- Work closely with Scrum master to support squad execution (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives)
- Support build up a positive and productive team with excellent adapting to requirements and priorities changing, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.

Qualifications

Key Skills and Competencies
- Engineering degree in technical domains (mechanical, electro-mechanics, electrical, materials, ...)
- +5 years' experience in design and project and a background in electromechanical (ELM) products or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of the ELM design and development process;
- Experience in ELM design and process model-based design, structural analysis, components and sub-assemblies verification, product verification and familiarity with Windchill PDM, PPAP documents, XFMEA analysis;
- Plastic materials background and expertise in rheological simulation would be very appreciated
- Communication skills, Teamwork oriented, cross-cultural mindset
- Good English level: written and spoken
- Working experience with various collaboration & project development tools like Jira
- Working experience with Agile scrum methodology
