As our OEM Sales Manager, you will cover the Swedish market and be a key leader within our 144,000-strong team across 100+ countries, instrumental in delivering solutions that ensure "Life Is On" everywhere, for everyone, and at every moment. From driving strategic sales initiatives to fostering strong customer relationships within the OEM segment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation and energy management. This role is based in Stockholm Sweden.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution, leading the OEM sales team to success.
  • Lead and develop our dynamic OEM sales teams.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities within the OEM segment to drive continuous growth and enhance market share, guiding the team in pursuing these opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships within the OEM ecosystem to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives, providing strategic direction and support to the sales team.
  • Develop and execute the go to market strategy for the OEM Channel, including but not limited to customers, applications, partners, marketing.

Key Qualifications:
  • We value a bachelor's degree, however, we also recognize that substantial relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
  • Proven success in selling to OEMs, with a track record of leadership in this sector.
  • The ability to identify decision makers, engage C-level executives within OEM organizations, and address their personal motivations and business objectives, while guiding the team in these efforts.
  • Exceptional skills in conceptualizing and communicating technical and commercial strategies tailored to the OEM market, providing mentorship and guidance to the sales team in this area.
  • A working knowledge of smart machines including solutions like Digital Twin, Predictive maintenance, machine learning, mechatronics, robotics, IT/OT security, including products like PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, Robotics, Software, general controls, and circuit protection, with an ability to guide the team in leveraging this knowledge effectively.

We think you have a good understanding about the Swedish Industry and OEM market, a general understanding of production and manufacturing processes and challenges, as well as a good financial understanding. To be successful in the role you need to have strong leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the motivation and determination required to succeed. In addition, you have the ability to identify, analyze and propose constructive solutions. You have strong organizational and planning skills and are able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
