OEM Regional Lead

1 Support countries to achieve the business targets aligned with AMSP Ensure clear objectives and coaching to acheive ambition through regular review meetings and feedback 2 Work with respective regional team (IVP, Segment Leader, other GTM leader) to define 3-5 year rolling OEM growth plan, with identification of investments required Clear plan showing business growth and required investment 3 Assist countries with platforming, market coverage & pipeline management, including business as usual (BAU) Monitor performance of OEM pipelines, new repetitive business, orders and sales. 4 Work with global and local teams to deploy all the pieces to have the best-in-class digital customer experience for their customers Have best-in-class digital customer experience for customers 5 Deploy OEM Consultative selling program in collaboration with Global Training teams Ensure OEM Sales people in the country have appropriate skills to be successful in their roles.
