For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,480-$192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As an OEM Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and executing strategic initiatives within our key accounts. Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) while promoting our innovative products and solutions tailored to their needs. We are seeking a candidate who excels in consultative selling, possesses a strong understanding of machine control and automation, and demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within your key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, establish call strategies, and create detailed account profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with other Schneider Electric sales teams to drive specifications and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to OEM customers, ensuring alignment with their unique requirements.
  • Continuously identify and develop new market and sales opportunities within your accounts.
  • Manage customer and partner relationships, setting clear expectations to achieve sales revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, order handling, follow-up, and providing technical support.
  • Keep the CRM database updated with customer activities and opportunities.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Proven success in selling machine control and automation solutions to OEMs.
  • Strong ability to identify decision-makers, penetrate C-level conversations, and understand personal motivations.
  • Capability to conceptualize and articulate both technical and commercial strategies effectively.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, general controls, and circuit protection at a sales level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
