Job Description Summary

Are you passionate about building long-term relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer-Facing Sales Expert.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning business and impacting approaches, projects, and programs within our organization. You will have significant control over commercial priorities and moderate autonomy to execute commercial arrangements, requiring high levels of commercial judgment.

Additionally, many of our clients are located near the ROME area, providing a great opportunity to build strong local relationships.

Job Description

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Selling to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process. Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&L.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
  • Ability to prioritize information for decision making.
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • These sales jobs will mainly be individual contributors.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term, trusting relationships with our Customers connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow business with existing Clients
  • Liaise between Customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills.
  • This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Account Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Experience in Renewables Energy, utilities, transmission of distribution.
  • Native Italian & fluent English.
  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Account Sales.
