Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems
  • Identifying and impslementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Developing and implementing process control strategies to maintain product quality and consistency
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for manufacturing issues
  • Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Participating in new product development and implementation project

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in industrial manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Understanding of process control systems, statistical process control, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Good problem-solving skills to address process technical issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Coaching and training skills
  • Good English language skills
