    • 熟悉并掌握 物流操作 标准时间分析方法

    • 能够做原材料仓库结构设计和工作流程设计
    • 熟悉LADM产线结构设计方法论并有多条产线MPH设计的经验
    • 熟悉仓库物料存储策略优化方法FMR/ABC分析
    • 熟悉仓库不同库位存储类型和特点并能结合物料特点和需求的频次设计合适的存储策略

Position: Logistic Method Engineer

Reporting Line: North Territory Method & Maintenance Leader

Basic Qualifications for the Position:

  • Full-time university degree or above, with no specific major requirement, but preference is given to those with a background in Management Science and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, etc.
  • Over three years of relevant work experience in logistics and warehouse structure design and optimization, operation process design and optimization, raw material supply process design and optimization, finished product withdrawal process design and optimization, and lean production implementation, or rich experience in ETO complete product process method design and optimization, raw material supply and distribution method design and improvement.

Capability Requirements:
  • Familiar with and proficient in the analysis of logistics operation standard time methods.
  • Proficient in WADM (Warehouse Architecture Design Methodology) and have experience in participating in warehouse design projects.
  • Capable of designing the structure and workflow of raw material warehouses.
  • Familiar with LADM (Line Achitecture Design Methodology) and has experience in designing the MPH (Material Picking and Handling) for multiple production lines.
  • Familiar with warehouse material storage strategy optimization methods (FMR/ABC Analysis).
  • Familiar with different types and characteristics of warehouse storage locations and can design appropriate storage strategies in conjunction with material characteristics and demand frequency.
  • Familiar with SAP WM module operations and material master data setup, optimization, and change operations.
  • Familiar with the characteristics and selection of material distribution logistics equipment, proficient in the design and manufacturing of logistics distribution tooling carts.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of automated production lines or automated warehouses, capable of carrying out improvements to automated warehouses and deploying advanced logistics equipment.
  • Proficient in VSM (Value Stream Mapping), with multiple rounds of value stream diagnosis and improvement experience.
  • Proficient in Kaizen methodology, with experience as a leader or coach in multiple Kaizen projects.
  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt flexibly to different customer communication styles.
  • Strong stress resistance, able to effectively complete work under pressure, ensuring project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong learning ability, able to continuously and quickly learn new technologies and methods to meet work needs.

  • Beijing
