Principali responsabilità

Nel ruolo di Manufacturing Engineer, sarai il riferimento chiave per il sistema applicativo MES (Manufacturing Execution System) e DISS, contribuendo all'evoluzione digitale della nostra organizzazione.Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

  • Gestione e miglioramento del sistema MES
  • Identificare opportunità per ottimizzare l'architettura dei sistemi e favorire la digitalizzazione.
  • Raccogliere e soddisfare le richieste degli utenti MES, proponendo soluzioni per problemi e miglioramenti.
  • Convalidare e testare le nuove funzionalità software, garantendo conformità alle specifiche tecniche
  • Supporto alla produzione e alla sicurezza
  • Gestisce l'organizzazione per incidenti, problemi, contribuisce a garantire la continuità aziendale
  • Formare gli utenti sui diversi sistemi per svolgere i loro compiti
  • Monitorare la produttività delle linee produttive e propone iniziative di miglioramento continuo
  • Assumere il ruolo di Preposto Secondario per la Sicurezza sul Lavoro e l'Ambiente, partecipando a corsi di formazione specifici

Integrazione e collaborazione tra sistemi:
  • Garantire l'interfaccia tra ERP, IPO e impianto produttivo per migrazione, accesso e miglioramenti architetturali.
  • Contribuire alla gestione dei tempi di assemblaggio delle unità speciali nell'ERP


Gestione e formazione:
  • Coordinare l'organizzazione in caso di incidenti, garantendo la continuità aziendale.
  • Formare nuovi utenti sui sistemi, promuovendo la crescita delle competenze interne.


Progetti specifici e partecipazione strategica:
  • Guidare progetti legati all'ERP e sviluppare interfacce con altri software.
  • Partecipare agli incontri settimanali SIM2 e SIM4 con il Manufacturing Engineering Manager.


Skills e competenze:
  • Competenze tecniche e trasversali
  • Conoscenza di sistemi MES, ERP e strumenti di Business Intelligence
  • Propensione a lavorare in team e a stretto contatto con la produzione
  • Propensione al lavoro in team e capacità di problem solving
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese


Requisiti aggiuntivi:
  • Precisione e orientamento ai risultati.
  • Interesse per l'innovazione tecnologica e la trasformazione digitale.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi.
