Key Responsibilities:
- Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
- Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling.
- Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
- Tracks project costs and schedules for internal and external customers.
- On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the project's progress against quality and cost metrics.
- Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Reduce customer configuration issues.
- Complete configuration compares and correct issues before tool shipment.
- Participate in Configuration Accuracy Review Meetings - including the review of prior quality issues for similar systems.
- Reduce customer Install costs.
- Identify and correct issues and customer concerns as they surface.
- Drive customer quality performance and prevent repeat issues.
- Reduce customer Install Cycle Time (from shipment to system install completion.
- Quickly respond to issues impacting system installs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Relevant knowledge and experiences in quality and project management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
