Responsibilities:
- Support the VP of M&A in driving M&A strategy across global PS&S business.
- Help identify potential investment fields through thorough research and assessment.
- Participate in the comprehensive process of target identification and analysis, assessing financial performance, market positioning, synergies, and potential risks
- Contribute to the efficient and effective execution of deals, working closely with various teams within Schneider Electric
- Lead and manage select M&A projects with special emphasis on divestitures, post-closing activities and transition management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Contribute to the development of M&A strategies and initiatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry landscapes
- Help drive continuous improvement in M&A processes and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in managing M&A projects on both buy & sell side
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
Location: This position will be based remotely, preferrably in the Eastern Time Zone.
Travel: Up to 20%
