Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of M&A in driving M&A strategy across global PS&S business.
  • Help identify potential investment fields through thorough research and assessment.
  • Participate in the comprehensive process of target identification and analysis, assessing financial performance, market positioning, synergies, and potential risks
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective execution of deals, working closely with various teams within Schneider Electric
  • Lead and manage select M&A projects with special emphasis on divestitures, post-closing activities and transition management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
  • Contribute to the development of M&A strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry landscapes
  • Help drive continuous improvement in M&A processes and practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in managing M&A projects on both buy & sell side
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling

Location: This position will be based remotely, preferrably in the Eastern Time Zone.

Travel: Up to 20%
