Material Flow Analyst

Mission:

  • Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters.
  • Ensure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, sub-assembly and finished products by managing the customers' needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.
  • Ensure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.


Main activities

  • Accountable to manage Internal or External suppliers ensuring plants will have the right material at right time with right quality.
  • Build and improve supplier relationship.
  • Update SAP Planning parameters as per business need and e nsure alignment with suppliers (once a quarter)
  • Manage supply risk by setting strategic stock & escalate to procurement or supply chain planning
  • Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material (including order for order), components, sub-assembly, and finished products (required by customers or logistic offer LT)
  • Manage supply priorities & crisis based on project priorities / customer needs coming from the project management / front office/sales/customer care center.
  • Follow defined KPIs for targeted service level agreements (SLA) with suppliers
  • Vendor forecasting
  • Monitor Gross Inventory = GIT, RM, WIP and finished goods and provide solution to reduce them and avoid scrapping (rebalancing / circular economy..)
  • Close coordination with Plant Supply Chain Team/Project Managers/Warehouse & Logistics Team.
  • To be change catalyst on transformation journey.

Skills and attributes:
  • Communication skills to coordinate between departments
  • Knowledge with ERP systems
  • Problem Solver, analitical thinking, proactive communication, results oriented
  • Proven experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience into a similar Supply Chain/planning areas is advantageous
  • Bachelor Degree ( Math- Science, Electriconics field) or equivalent work experience.
