Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure our products and services meet customer requirements and drive continuous quality improvement. This role involves coordinating quality assurance efforts across manufacturing and logistics, leading quality control teams, and managing quality for one or more production sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure products and services meet customer requirements and drive continuous quality improvement.
    • Coordinate quality assurance efforts across manufacturing and logistics, including quality control teams.
    • Oversee quality for one or more production sectors.
    • Ensure the Process Control Plan is applied effectively.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of product failures and implement corrective actions.
    • Solve quality-related problems and participate in Short Interval Management of production lines.
    • Create and maintain quality control documentation.
    • Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
    • Manage derogations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Serve as the local expert on assembled products within the sector.
    • Provide support to Quality Control Technicians (QCT), Quality Control Supervisors (QCS), and Quality Assurance Technicians (QAT).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement tools, techniques, and models (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why analysis, BFO).
  • Expertise in statistical quality techniques and analysis.
