Schneider Electric has a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Project Leader in our facility in Columbia, MO. You will be instrumental in driving the development and deployment of new processes and identifying improvement opportunities in existing ones. Collaborating with cross functional teams to make our Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) robust for achieving the highest quality standards. You will interact with different manufacturing information systems, use best in class lean methodologies and collaborate with functions inside and outside of our plant.
What will you do?
- Specializes in several areas of knowledge regarding productio n / manufacturing processes: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, equipment controls design, and cost analysis.
- Strongly contributes to / leads continuous improvement actions.
- Participates actively to Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality.
- Coordinate activities across teams inside and outside of the plant to facilitate the deployment of new processes.
- Establish data driven Performance Indicators for the processes and projects under your scope.

This position reports to? Manufacturing Engineering Manager
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering required.
• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
• Experience in the areas of IT, systems and equipment controls.
• Experience in MS Access, MS Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communications skills.
