Principali Responsabilià e attività
- Invio ordini ai fornitori, inserimento conferme dei fornitori e manutenzione date di consegna.
- Contatto diretto e quotidiano con i fornitori assegnati per gestione ordini e consegne.
- Coordinamento con buyer per gestire criticità sui fornitori.
- Supporto alle funzioni interne nella comunicazione ai fornitore.
- Monitoraggio livello di servizio dei fornitori assegnati.
- Condivisione forecast mensile

Il profilo che cerchiamo dovrà occuparsi della gestione dei materiali per la produzione e dei relativi ordini di acquisto (rilascio, manutenzione, monitoraggio ed eventuali solleciti), nonchè del rapporto con i fornitori in termini di pianificazione delle consegne al fine di garantire il livello di servizio e puntualità richiesto dai nostri clienti e di proporre strategie per migliorare continuamente le loro performance.
La risorsa si interfaccerà, oltre che con i fornitori, con funzioni interne quali Pianificazione, Produzione, Qualità, Procurement, Logistica e Amministrazione.
Come conoscenze specifiche richieste in ambito Supply Chain è importante che sia a conoscenza dei principi di Lead Time, Lotto di riordino, Politiche di approvvigionamento, Scorte.
E' richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e di excel (analisi dati e pivot).
Cerchiamo una personalità comunicativa e predisposta al contatto, che abbia un approccio positivo e orientato al problem solving.
Preferibile altra esperienza in Supply Chain in azienda strutturata.
