  1. Delivering technical support to field team on various HVAC products and solutions
  2. On-site intervention for complex technical issues
  3. Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
  4. Competency management of direct and partner engineers for cooling domain
  5. Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects
  6. Product lifecycle management for cooling
  7. Key Technical Expert for identified accounts
  8. Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
  9. Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.
  10. Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
  2. Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on HVAC domain
  3. Field Experience on cooling products (Chillers, PAC, CRAC, PAHU.. etc)
  4. Experience of handling Data Centre, IT, Industry customer segment
  5. Experience in Datacenter software would be a plus
  6. Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays, VFD.. etc)
  7. Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
