Experience: 4 - 8 yrs

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
1. New Product Development of Power Electronic Range of products
2. Lead the industrialization activities according to Supply Chain Policy and Project objectives
3. Understanding of electronic assemblies/PCBA and ability to communicate with suppliers and manufacturers. Skills in electronics PCB assembly, Testing, box build.
• Knowledge of electrical components, soldering techniques, safety protocols, automated processes & quality control.
• Knowledge of storage of power electronics components.
• Knowledge of low cost & reliable power electronics component suppliers.
• Knowledge of heatsink, fans used in power electronics & suppliers.
4. Achieving the Product Industrialization KPI's targets of Product development time line, Product cost & Quality DPM levels
5. Ensuring product industrialization/engineering processes adherences
Functional Competencies
1. Good knowledge & experience of Project management & Hardware Product development
2. Good knowledge of PCBA manufacturing & product assembly processes & testing
