Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Queretaro location.
What do you get to do in this position
A maintenance supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. This position combines the supervision of technical teams, planning of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and resource management. Additionally, it requires leadership skills, the ability to quickly and effectively solve technical problems, and a solid understanding of electromechanical systems. A Maintenance Supervisor must be capable of making strategic decisions, ensuring the efficient use of the budget, and coordinating both with their team and other areas of the organization.

Main tasks:
- Supervision of the maintenance team
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance
- Budget and resource management
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Problem-solving and equipment repair
- Coordination with other departments (production, manufacturing, facilities, EHS, etc.)
- Management of contractors and external suppliers
- Control of inventory for spare parts and indirect materials (tool crib)
- Training and development of the team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Technical Training: A technical degree in engineering, electricity, mechanics, or another related field is essential.
- Experience in maintenance roles: At least 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience is required, preferably in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of maintenance regulations: Familiarity with local regulations and international standards (such as ISO).
