The Logistics Solutions and Systems Director is responsible for leading and developing a team of logistics engineering, technology, data, and monitoring experts. This role drives performance by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and well-being. The Director will collaborate with various departments to ensure flawless order execution, optimize logistics systems, and ensure data accuracy and integrity to deliver superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems and Data Management :
- Optimize and govern regional Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Oracle, and 3PL to improve quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain WMS master data accuracy and partner with ERP Master Data teams to establish robust data governance practices.

System Monitoring and Optimization :
- Lead the NAM Logistics end-to-end Monitoring Program, including inbound, inventory, order release, outbound, and transportation transactions.
- Execute daily monitoring and corrective actions to maintain system integrity and data synchronization across WMS and ERP platforms.
- Drive monitoring automation and connect with global support teams to leverage tools and best practices.
Leadership and Team Development :
- Lead and develop a team of logistics engineering, technology, data, and monitoring experts for order execution
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and well-being.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions.
Collaboration and Project Planning :
- Collaborate with Customer Delivery, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain Performance, PMO, and Schneider Digital on project planning and resource staffing.
- Ensure timely delivery of system enhancements, integrations, new technologies, automation, digital tools, and master data accuracy.
Technology and Support :
- Collaborate with SE Digital to develop a RACI matrix for logistics systems and technology support.
- Define and communicate issue resolution processes, and corrective actions for system-related issues.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Partner with Supply Chain Performance to implement and support analytics, KPIs, and digital solutions, including dashboarding and reporting.
- Monitor applications and support integration with ERPs. Provide data extracts to support KPIs and non-conformance investigations.
Order Release Optimization :
- Optimize order release processes, provide daily distribution center line release forecasts, and manage manual order releases to increase level loading.
Global Collaboration :
- Collaborate with global logistics and supply chain peers to share and implement best practices.
- Represent NAM on global systems and technology communities, including GSC Information Systems (GSC.IS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, 3PL) and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data governance and monitoring programs.
- Knowledge of global logistics standards and cyber security practices.
