Join Our Team as a Senior Offer Manager: Liquid Cooling

Are you ready to drive innovation and growth in the global Liquid and AI cooling market? Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Senior Offer Manager to play a pivotal role in our Cooling Line of Business within the Secure Power Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Information Management:

• Lead the Product Management process using various Offer Creation Tools.
• Support key offer releases and sales tools through the Launch Process.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis of Liquid cooling offers and identify enhancement needs.
• Gather insights from customer personas to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Customer Experience:

• Drive the creation and management of solution design and configuration tools for a best-in-class customer experience.
• Regularly conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) exercises to gather insights.

Offer Creation and Other tasks to handle:

• Define new offer scope and specifications in alignment with market needs and company strategy.
• Identify market trends, disruptions, and opportunities to drive initiatives.
• Manage the launch and performance of new offers, ensuring competitiveness and value capture.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Fluent in oral and written English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of Data center cooling products and system specifications.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and manage through influence.
• Comfortable with making presentations in front of large groups and senior management.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Energy Engineering / Equivalent); MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management and techno-commercial roles for cooling product offer companies.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Data Centre Cooling industry.
• International work experience and flexibility for domestic and international travel.
• Knowledge of customer cooling and liquid cooling application needs and challenges in data center and industrial applications.
