Job Overview: As a Level 2 Digital Analyst Support at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and analysis for digital systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support for digital systems and applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Perform in-depth analysis of digital systems to identify performance trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Level 1 support and other teams to ensure timely and effective incident resolution and problem management.
• Proactively monitor digital systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and incident response activities as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital systems support and analysis.
• Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting digital systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
