Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain close relationship with key customers and key decision markers at senior levels
- Develop comprehensive account plans to understand customers' business plans and project plans to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales target and increase win rate by positive clients' relationship, early engagement, solution selling, value proposition and strategic plan
- Provide the strategic negotiation on bidding status to close the deals to deliver sales growth while maintaining high gross margin
- Responsible for implementing marketing strategies and promoting Schneider's Data Centre solutions includes UPS, CRAH, InRow, Rack & rPDU, DCIM, with software intelligence as well, etc.
- Leading, driving and collaborating internal resources to provide commercial and technical solutions to serve customer needs
- Collaborate with product sales team and solution team on request for tender, RFQ and pricing
- Strong market intelligence with up-to-date market information, insider news, new technology and solution
- Willing to learn is a "Must" requirement and adopt the communication skill in business mode with target customer

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Building Services
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience and strategic plan implementation in B2B
- Knowledge and sales experience in turnkey / fitting out solution will be an advantage
- Proven track record to work in a highly matrixed, dynamic and challenging business environment with strong business acumen
- Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, independent, teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Exceptional result-oriented individual who are ambitious, assertive with strong drive to win
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
