Schneider Electric industries SAS has outsourced its IT delivery in a multi supplier model. Upon conclusion of the Transitioning and Transforming the IT delivery from incumbent internally managed operations and from Incumbent supplier/s. Schneider Electric is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage the supplier ecosystem. Schneider Electric is looking for strong individuals who will manage the service delivery with the suppliers
What will you do?
Contract compliance
The Contract Compliance and Deliverables will analyze, review, record and report on Service Provider/s compliance with contractual commitments under the Contracts
- Ensure supplier/s deliverables are in line with and compliant with the contract commitments and milestones
- Administer a structured, formal workflow process to record and track requests for Contract Compliance, using the workflow process approved during the Implementation
- Monitor receipt, review and Schneider Acceptance of Contract Deliverables
- Evaluate Deliverables and assess quality and completeness of Service Provider Deliverables and Accept (or reject) in accordance with applicable Contract Acceptance procedures
- Contract change requests- Create a tracker for any contract change requests and organize appropriate forums to address them
Work Request & Authorization
Work Request & Authorization provides oversight over non-standard requests for service to enforce compliance with the services portfolio and architecture standards, to manage cost, and to ensure effort is focused on prioritized business needs
- Administer a formal workflow process
- Receive Request and Review through Service Catalog or Service Desk
- Check Request against Contract
- Review with Schneider stakeholders & Approve
- Store all relevant information in Governance Library
Service Level Compliance
The Service Level Compliance will include the analysis, review, recording and reporting on Service Provider/s performance specifically with respect to the contracted services will report on all contractual Service Level commitments and milestones, month-on-month comparisons, and trends through a service level tracker
- Administer a formal workflow management process show monthly attainment levels, month to month comparisons and trends for all Service Levels in the Contracts, using the workflow process approved during the Implementation
- Work with Service Providers amd MSI to gather information about and resolve inaccuracies, questions and issues in Service Provider monthly performance reports
- Provide aggregated performance results for each Service Provider
- Escalate issues to Schneider for attention, discussion with Service Providers and Schneider for resolution
- Resolve any Service Level/milestone issues
- Support Schneider's MSI negotiation of any changes to Service Levels
Issue Management
- Create issue trackers and escalate as necessary any issues relating to Contract compliance through the established governance
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Project management- manage projects associated with the supplier for their perimeter
- Proven experience with large outsourcing deals in a multi country, multi cultural context
- Experience and good knowledge of industry recognized best practice and methodologies applied in an outsourcing environment.
- Customer service oriented, leadership skills and ability to address local requirements while conforming to overall corporate standards
- Self-starter, motivated, excellent communication skills and ability to work under minimum supervision
- Nice to have: Technical IT skillsets related to Applications management, Infrastructure management an advantage
