The Mission of ITAG is to enable smart & sustainable decisions on digital investments aligned with the overall Governance Strategy & bring value to the Enterprise by maximizing utilization & efficiencies while reducing costs & risks associated with IT Assets all while securing these assets by maintaining controls to monitor the risks and allow compliance within all Schneider Electric's organizations. Within this scope, ITAG holds a specific role for IT contracts in the framework of IT & Digital Compliance to understand Schneider's IT acquisitions and eventually defend Schneider Electric from compliance exposures and financial risks. The Global ITAG function sits within the Ethics and Compliance function of Schneider Electric.

The IT asset contract analyst is a key data and compliance role for ITAG, with someone who drives and focuses on understtsanding, classifying, corelating, imrpoving and finding vendor patterns within IT contracts for improved settlements, negotiations and overall IT compliance position on behalf of Schneider Electric. Driving the design and implementation of additional systems with the ITAG team or its partners and working through the different internal stakeholders like Procurement or Finance to ensure data availability and analytics for any future compliance inquiries from vendors and suppliers.
As the IT Asset Contract Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and extraction of the Data within the IT contracts and its input to a management system, You will also be responsible for potential Vendor analytics and proactive finding of clauses for future potential risks and renegotiaotions. Also you are expected to propose innovattive systems and work next to the ITAG's partners to classify the contracting data and the processes for its extraction

As IT Asset Contract Analyst you will be considered as an expert and leader by others inside and outside Schneider, while supporting and aligning matrix-reporting functions with responsibility for providing quality customer service, managing internal process designs and implementations, , identifying problems and providing solutions. Clear and effective communication for this role is key. This role will deliver a high level of service under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Engages and partners between Publisher Compliance, Legal, Purchasing and Finance for data analysis and data sharing Ensures accuracy of data when it comes to IT contracts Ability to understand data automation and how it works, becomes responsible for automating IT contract data reading Responsible for the analytics within IT contracts, extracting information, and identification of the main consumers of the data Understands and develops the relationship to work next to the main stakeholders of the IT contracting data within governance and external to Governance Understands and implements new technologies when it comes to data ana analytics, specially related to automation, OCR, AI Generates interest and works with Indirect Procurement for what is in the contracts, creating reports, graphics and what is needed to understand the information Works and constantly interacts with the ITAG's partners suppliers for data extraction, QA and analytics Is able to understand crossed relationships within contracts, establish hierarchy, differenciate contract types ability to hilight the value of the different documents and establish a prioritzation system Understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives Actively builds internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, licensing guidance, and transparent engagement activities. Contributes to the ITAG team success and the Data executive team for creation of dashboards and reports Will be responsible for achieving settlement results for local, international or worldwide agreements. Advocates alignment with the larger ITAG function to mitigate underlying problems with Entitlement Agreements, Deployment positions, and usage discrepancies relative to attaining contractual compliance with the respective Publishers.
Qualifications

Education - Level of education required (Mandatory schooling, Vocational education, Specialized school, Undergraduate, University degree, PhD) 1 Bachelor's degree preferred 2 Related Post graduate qualification is an advantage 3 Technology-specific qualifications relative to licensing, procurement, data analytics or contracting is of high preference 4 Project management (PMP or similar certification preferred) Language requirements 1 Professional and fully conversant in English 2 Second or third language would be an advantage Experience - Total number of years of professional experience necessary prior to the job entry 1 2+ years of Contracting & Compliance-related experience (Technology or Software Licensing Preferred) 2 2+ years experience with any ERP, PO, or Finance systems 3 3+ years in providing specialist view on contract development and delivery, terms and conditions, and contract practices 4 3+ years in procurement, IT for procurement, CLM systems, data analysis 5 3+ years in software business industry, with understanding of industry trends and direction, scecifically in automation and/or AI 6 Knowledge on Sharepoint, Legal terms and conditions,automation 7 Ability to lead by engaging, persuading, and developing relationships with senior leaders within the organization 8 Understanding of technical terminology within the contracts whenever is licensing terms, usage terms, users, acounts, account types, grant of rights, etc 9 Abulity to summarize and to work executive-level presentations 10 Experience in Project Management Principles, Risk mangement, terminology, ISO standards, Togaf, CMMi, is a plus 11 Experience in Governance activities and the ongoing monitoring of potential risks and exposures Skills & Behavioral requirements 1 Exemplary written and verbal communication skills 2 Ability to work multi-functionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders 3 Constantly striving to achieve a win-win outcome 4 Highly-organized, self-motivated; leadership style of continuous improvement. 5 Ability to interpret and understand complex software licensing agreements and business practices and apply them to different scenarios 6 Ability to handle multiple, concurrent priorities. 7 Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. 8 Excellent understanding of IT environments/ infrastructure. 9 Ability to relate smaller concepts to the overall "big picture" 10 Work Breakdown Structure/ Status/ Metrics/ Reporting 11 Exceptional computer software skills (MS Excel/Word PowerPoint/Outlook) 12 Personifies a high performance / high accountability mentality, demonstrated in large, (global) matrixed initiatives 13 Remains calm under pressure 14 Drives Results - Sets aggressive goals and is accountable for continuously driving improved performance, leading change and ensuring high standards. 15 Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership with a willingness to proactively coach, facilitate, share knowledge, and be the role model and advocate for a changing organization 16 Licensing skills regarding system platforms (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, IBM & Oracle), client & server as well as mid-range and large environments.
