IoT Solutions Technician (Connected Offers Performance & Solution Delivery Technician)
Location: Hatfield or Warrington (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

What You'll Do:
- Guide Customers: Help customers in remote locations navigate technical steps for their connected services.
- Analyse Data: Use data from connected services to identify commercial opportunities.
- Set Up and Commission Services: Work with energy management systems, including setup, remote commissioning, and diagnostics.
- Support Colleagues: Provide mentorship and training on best practices in lead generation and connected services.
- Collaborate: Work with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay Ahead: Continuously develop your skills with new offers like EV Advisor and cybersecurity audits.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of networks and electrical infrastructure.
- Technical experience in data centres, electrical engineering, or energy management.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Fluency in European languages is a plus but not essential.
