Where, what, and how?

  • Paid internship, min. 30 hours per week, 6 -12 months mandate contract,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street),
  • hybrid model possible after achieving independence.

What can you do?
  • Manage our daily support of HR Systems, as well as employees and managers, acting as a second line of support,
  • provide best in class HR services support, issue resolution and helping to establish a root cause analysis and action plans,
  • work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to define, track and report KPIs periodically,
  • collaborate closely with HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBP) and Managers,
  • cascade regularly information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures,
  • participate in review of the processes to introduce continuous improvement driving digitization, simplification, and automation,
  • collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world,
  • learn Agile ways of working.

What do we need from you?
  • Student status, preferably of SGH, Kozminski, UW Management - field of MBA, Management or similar,
  • interest to start your career in support of HR systems,
  • digital savviness and willingness to develop digital skills,
  • highly developed communication skills and a team player,
  • have ownership and can-do attitude
  • self-organized, and detail oriented.


Languages:
  • English - fluent (verbal and written),
  • other languages - as a nice to have.


Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
