What you'll do:
• Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Assist in implementing HR processes through communication and analysis.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting for decision-making purposes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee engagement activities.

• Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR processes and strategic business partnership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
