Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic services team. This role will focus on managing and growing existing client relationships, driving sales of our service offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. #LI-JB10

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for service solutions.
  • Conduct regular outreach to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress against sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients through various digital channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:
  • Trilingual: french, dutch & english is a must have.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
