Mission (About the Role)
- You will join the Logistics Engineering team reporting to the industrial performance lead where we
analyze the performance of the warehousing processes (Inbound, Outbound) in a distribution center. - You will also assist in driving the improvement action plans according to the Schneider Performance
System. and contribute to the digital transformation of Hub Asia.
What will you do?
- SPS
- Assist in the deployment of standard process in line with Schneider Performance System
requirements. - Arrange the regular audit or review to identify gap
- Manage regular review of SPS action plan with defined stakeholders.
- Assist in the deployment of standard process in line with Schneider Performance System
- C.I & Smart DC
- Assist in the deployment of new Smart DC initiatives.
- Assist in the establishing of a system to monitor status of deployed Smart DC initiatives.
- Sustainability
- Lead a project from start to completion with defined goals and savings (if any).
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education : Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Operations/Data Analytics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
- Skills/Systems K nowledge : Must have: Open and inquisitive mind, Willingness to take on new challenges
Good to have: Java, Python, SQL, Uipath, Tableau
