We are looking for a Industrial / Manufacturing Supervisor in fast changing & dynamic organisation!

We would like to support our candidates who reside in the earthquake zone or who have to change their city due to the earthquake by prioritizing their applications.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing production lines according to SPS ( Schneider Performance System ) and Lean Manufacturing,
• Optimizing capacity, production and material flow through improvement activities,
• Tracking KD & KE indicator at assembly lines and coordination of related studies in order to improve efficiency,
• Coordination of Standard Time determination, update with the frequencies based on SPS standards and transfer to the SAP,
• Managing the team for updating work instructions on productions lines and to control assets and molds,
• Preparation of industrial investment budget for top management to approve and follow up the realization according to the planned investments,
• Execution of duties according to environment and occupational health & safety and other legal requirements within the area of responsibility,
• Prior to investment for a new machinery / equipment, making risk assessment and preparation of the specifications accordingly,
• Managing industrialization process for assembly lines and guarantee the performance of industrial processes (DT, OEE, TTP),
• Managing new product transfer projects,
• Defining maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools adapted (MTM-UAS, Video Analysis),
• Participating actively to PFMEA, MFMEA and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality,
• Managing in SAP the updating of material, BOM routings,
• Driving digital transformation within department and entity by being the key user of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, IIoT, AGV, AI, RPA, etc...).

• University degree in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Minimum 7 years experience Industrialization / Methods related positions
• Having experience in people management at least 3 years
