Role Overview: The Project Manager for P2P Transformation will lead the global deployment of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Coupa Roadmap for Europe and Internation regions and will participate in global transversal projects as part of the overall continuous improvement efforts. This role involves centralizing information, streamlining processes, facilitating communication, and ensuring successful project implementation and transition to run mode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Coupa P2O Implementation/Integration Roadmap:
    • Develop and manage the overall Coupa P2O (Procure-to-Order) implementation and integration roadmap.
    • Ensure alignment with global strategies and local requirements.

  • Centralize information and deliver it to the correct project stakeholders.
  • Generate reports on overall progress, health of projects, status of milestones and deliverables, program risks, and efficiency of project implementation.
  • Enable management to make informed and timely decisions for project success and ensure transparency and involvement of all stakeholders.
  • Streamline Processes and Facilitate Communication:
    • Set up centralized processes and plans for stream leaders to use during project implementation across all countries.
    • Define a stable transition to run mode manual/procedure guide for global implementation.
  • Setting Up a Successful Project Management Office (PMO):
    • Analyze the current state of project management by reviewing and reusing existing methodologies, processes, and tools.
    • Establish a work plan and KPIs.
    • Define governance and meetings/communication cadence.
  • Project Implementation Responsibilities:
    • Secure project close-out as per the roadmap.
    • Collaborate with stream leaders to enhance visibility for localization needs and end-user engagement.
    • Ensure alignment of ambassador network, on-time training, and engagement.
    • Schedule Hypercare calls, document issue logs, close open issues, and follow up on next steps.
    • Ensure successful and stable transition to run mode with clear documentation of Hypercare open issues and committed due dates.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Success:
    • Prepare for UAT, identify user base, localize test cases, execute on time, and manage issues with clear mitigation/resolution.
    • Document and monitor issues until 100% closure.
  • Identify and Close Process Gaps:
    • Close gaps identified in the gap analysis between current processes and the core model through specific actions and change management efforts.
    • Formally agree on actions with the core model team and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver End-to-End Excellence in Project Management:
    • Own and lead the complete Coupa deployment for countries, including scope validation, project plan creation/validation, risk identification/mitigation, mobilizing local teams, and increasing program awareness and adoption.
    • Maintain project governance documents and logs for effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Set up local teams, secure alignment of required resources, and incorporate them into the project team.
    • Ensure effective collaboration and synchronization between country team members, P2P program team, and stream leaders.
  • Contribute to Global Transversal Projects:
    • Participate in global transversal projects as part of the overall continuous improvement efforts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process enhancements.

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in P2P transformation initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
    • Strong English communication skills, written and oral. French is a plus.
    • Ability to influence without authority and customer-centric mindset.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
