We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Assist HR Business Partners in providing support to various departments.
- Help in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs.
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other communication channels.
- Help organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
