Sales Talent Acquisition Intern:
As a Sales Talent Acquisition Intern, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means. You will play an integral role in partnering closely with the business and talent team to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people for highly competitive sales roles at CrowdStrike. This position would be a great opportunity to begin a career in recruiting.
This is a hybrid position open to candidates in Irvine, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Directly source hard to find and niche candidates utilizing creativity through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal and external networks and other sites to perform Boolean searches.
- Compose compelling email campaigns that highlight the exciting Engineering career opportunities and incredible culture at CrowdStrike.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Identify and assess a strong candidate pool.
- Have a strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency.
- Liaise closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of position and function.
- Working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, social sciences or related field. Graduating no earlier than Summer 2025
- Experience with customer service and/or sales
- Proficient in a Mac environment, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A strong passion to learn about technology and cybersecurity
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Experience working on a Talent Acquisition team is a plus

Prefer candidates who can work a hybrid schedule in our Sunnyvale (CA), Irvine (CA), or Austin (TX) office locations.
What You'll Do
• Maintain L&D course lists and delivery calendar
• Support the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks relating to course registration, tracking learner attendance, and follow-up communications
• Provide guidance and support for employees requesting assistance with learning related questions
• Administer learning surveys, review survey reports, and conduct post-program analyses
• Build and update Internal learning prgoram L&D Intranet pages
• Oversee and organize course content materials (i.e. class presentation decks, facilitator guides, course handouts) in repositories and folders (I.e. Box, Google Drive)
• Assist in researching material and other content for L&D courses
• Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreading
What You'll Need
• Actively seeking a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration. Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
• Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentation skills
• Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects
• Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work In an Independently remote role
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with a can-do attitude and willingness to pivot directions
Nice to Have
• Strong proficiency with graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) or video production software (i.e. iMovie, FinalCut Pro)
• Previous work experience in a customer-facing / service-oriented job
• Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organization
