Funciones
- Realizar y gestionar las evaluaciones de riesgos así como estudios específicos de higiene, ergonomía y psicosociología, proponiendo medidas preventivas, sobre máquinas, herramientas y procesos industriales.
- Elaborar instrucciones de seguridad así como seleccionar los EPIS adecuados del puesto de trabajo y/o actividad a realizar.
- Participar y asistir a las auditorías Internas y Externas de ISO45001, SPS y otras.
- Gestionar la coordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE).
- Garantizar la formación en PRL a todo el personal, así como revisar periódicamente que todos están cumpliendo los requisitos establecidos en materia de Seguridad y Salud Laboral.
- Adaptación de Planes Estratégicos SE, Campañas Corporativas y difusión de normativas de SE, además de gestionar las comunicaciones de las partes interesadas en PRL.
- Gestión y seguimiento diario KPIs.
- Colaborar y participar activamente en la puesta en marcha de mejoras dentro del Departamento.

Requisitos
- Titulación universitaria o FPGS.
- Formación Técnico Prevención Riesgos Laborales especializado en: Seguridad, Higiene y Salud.
- Experiencia 2/3 años en puesto similares, preferiblemente entorno industrial (Safety Culture).
- Conocimientos específicos: 5S, ISO 45001.
- Herramientas informáticas a nivel de usuario, valorable SMART OSH.
- Iniciativa para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas.
- Influir y convencer/Escucha activa/Comunicación eficaz.
- Orden y Limpieza.
