Job Title: UK&I HRS Digital, Project & Transformation Lead

Location: Telford

Mission:

The mission of this role is to drive digital evolution and transformation within HR & HR Services. The primary focus is to deliver the digital roadmap, transitioning projects into operational mode and impacting HR Systems, integrations, and processes. The goal is to make HR more digital by evaluating solutions to enhance the effectiveness and adoption of HR Systems, ultimately improving efficiency and digitization. Additionally, the role involves monitoring all departmental projects, collaborating with subject matter experts, and leading transformational initiatives within our services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to simplify HR systems, digitize processes, and enhance efficiency and user experience within the HR Services department.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects aimed at transforming HR systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and act as a project leader for transformational projects such as M&A, liaising with SMEs to achieve expected deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Schneider Digital, DP&P, and other stakeholders to successfully implement digital transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within HR services, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Also, ensure proper process documentation and SOPs are in place to support SMEs and facilitate internal collaboration in HR.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in HR systems and digital transformation to integrate relevant advancements into the department's strategy.

Skills and attributes:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Services, particularly in a Digital HR environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong multitasking abilities, accustomed to fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Kronos would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and convince senior leadership.
  • Possesses a digital mindset, remains continuously curious about current HR technologies.
  • Skilled in working with data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Capable of effectively communicating across the business and leading business presentations.
  • Knowledgeable about HR processes and experienced in working within a Shared Services environment.


Education
  • University degree or equivalent
