The contract is available for a limited period of time of 6 months, with the posibility to be extended.

What will you do?
  • Drive main employee administration processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Perform workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, HRIS updates...) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulations
  • Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items
  • Prepare HR related reports, on a regular or ad-hoc basis
  • Triage employee enquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information available 24x7 based on subject matter's expertise
  • Participate on HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors
  • Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service delivery
  • Other HR related tasks which are the result of internal priorities or team responsibilities reorganization

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • University degree, preferably in Psychology, Economics, Accounting,
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration
  • Proficiency in English
  • Deep knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, and other relevant local legislation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong analytical skills, curios to learn and develop
  • Ability to take initiative and work well within ambiguous environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity
  • Excellent interpersonal savvy, problem-solving skills & resourcefulness and great time management skills
  • Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
  • Comfort with cyclical workload, with busier times correlating with corporate HR calendar
