- Internship / part-time job , min. 20 hours per week, 4 - 6 month s mandate contract,

- hybrid model possible after achieving independence.
What can you do?
As a n HR Knowledge Management Intern, you will report to HR K nowledge G roup L eader (also based in War s aw ) and play a crucial role in enhancing our knowledge base by creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge article s in English (mainly ) . You will also participat e in the deployment of the new governance around Schneider Electric Knowledge Base . You will work closely with various departments to gather information, ensure accuracy, and deliver clear and concise documentation that helps our users understand and utilize our systems and services effectively. You will participate in the enhancements of the guidelines.

You will support our HR Knowledge M anagement team with following tasks:
- Research and gather information from subject matter experts and existing documentation ,
- Write, edit, and format knowledge base articles to ensure clarity, consistency and AI compatibility,
- Ensure all content adheres to Group content guidelines and bes t practices ,
- Collaborate with team members to identify gaps in the knowledge base and propose new content ,
- Review and update existing articles to reflect the latest updates ,
- Assist in organizing and categorizing articles for easy navigation and searchability.
What do we need from you?
- I nterest in HR, digital tools & digital content management ,
- V ery good knowledge and command of MS Office package ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams, etc.) would be an advantage ,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, error-free content ,
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ,
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts ,
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt ,
- Solid common sense .
Languages :
- English - fluent (verbal and written),
- French, Polish as a nice to have.
Please consider that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu " TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
