Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May/June - August/September 2025. Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we do not offer U.S. work visa sponsorship to F-1/OPT/CPT, J-1/TN, or H-1B student graduates at this time. Your future team
We are looking for Program Manager Interns to complete projects during their time with us. You will collaborate, research, make recommendations, and potentially launch a program or initiative for the Go-To-Market Product Launch team. You will collaborate with various departments and teams to help facilitate product launches at Atlassian which provide substantial value to the organization and is instrumental in shaping the future of Atlassian.
Program Management is a multi-faceted role, where you can have a focused or broad set of responsibilities, including:
- Work closely with Sales, GTM, & Product teams to drive the commercial success of our top-priority products & programs.
- Develop and maintain project plan (scoping, identifying resource needs, managing timelines, determining appropriate team meeting cadence & rituals, managing dependencies and risks, championing change management, etc.)
- Research, analyze, and understand the details of the project and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support team members in program delivery.
Your background
- Currently enrolled full-time in a 4-year bachelor's degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2026
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Liberal Arts or a similar program
- Experience in project or stakeholder management
- Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2025
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $34/hr - $44/hr
Zone B: $31/hr - $40/hr
Zone C: $29/hr - $37/hr
