Building on our long history and experience in sustainability, the Global Sustainability Business division (SB) has the mission to bring all Schneider Electric (SE) acts together to provide unprecedent, end-to-end leadership to our clients as we help them to progress on their sustainable transformations, from formulating climate strategy to execution & deployment of sustainability offers, leveraging our entire portfolio of SE products and solutions along with the expertise we have within our division. With an expanding global footprint, SB includes a team of 3300+ employees in more than 30 countries.

Our Sustainability Business is seeking a HRBP France, for an 8-month mission starting in January, reporting to the VP HR of the division. This position is the primary interface for people managers by providing support through consultative and execution of Human Resources activities.

As primary HRBP for our SB operations in France, the main roles responsibilities are:
  • Support business strategy with HR activities and priorities such as employee engagement, leadership & organizational development, talent acquisition, competency management, performance management etc.
  • Act as a first point of contact and provides advice in all HR related matters/projects to the SB departments within the organization - at both managerial and employee level, to ensure that the daily operations & procedures are in line with the company & HR strategies.
  • Support post-acquisition integration activities and implementation of a new SB organizational framework.
  • Active participation in daily business operations, to understand the business and their needs, attending management meetings, introducing and coordinating current HR projects, representing the employer at all levels.
  • Providing advisory role: planning career paths, support change management between teams and projects, recruitment planning, providing general HR support.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive reporting, business strategies, and decision making to facilitate strong communications and business partnerships.
  • Act as employee advocate to develop and action business specific strategies by implementing programs and activities aimed at increasing employee engagement.
  • Support legal and ethical compliance. Responsible for policy governance and alignment of application.
  • Build a strong knowledge of current HR practices and trends and apply them to the business while also developing an internal / external network that can be leveraged to drive HR excellence.
  • Participate in the Global SB HR Council and contribute to various transversal HR projects and activities - may be country, regional and/or global in scope.
  • Partner with SE Country HR team and help standardize the country wide policies and processes for a better integrated organization.


Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree / Master in Human Resources.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources as HR generalist, acquired in an international and matricial environment.
  • Extensive working knowledge of employee relations in France.
  • Broad knowledge of workforce strategy and staffing, talent management, competency management and employee relations.
  • Collaborative and Team player. Ability to partner effectively with local/global leaders & local/global HR teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and time and priority management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
  • Resourceful and well organized.
  • Fluent in French and English.
