We are seeking talented individual s to join the team as HCM Integration Specialist . We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices .
You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and A bsence transformation and wil l be responsible f or implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our busines s objectiv es and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.
We focus on:
- Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
- Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
- Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
- Work closely with product owner , technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmap s and solutions
- Assist with development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
- Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
- Collaborate with other product teams on end - to - end impact of feature s
- Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Key skills and requirements:
Required:
- 7 years of experience Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence Modules
- Technical and functional expe rtise with OTL and Absences
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI
- Fusion HCM absence certification is highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Time and Attendance business process es
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Fluency in English
Preferred:
- Broad set of experiences with HCM, timekeeping and Payroll systems and processes
- Implementation experience with OTL and Absences
- Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations is a plus
- Exhibit hi gh level s of energy, agility and adaptability
- Ability to work on global teams with c ross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Qualifications:
- Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
