We are looking for Graphics and Production Developer for our Energy Management Research Center to make an impact!

You will be a key member of the Energy Management Research Center team that conducts research and creates compelling, engaging and above all credible and useful industry-relevant content. You will be responsible for enhancing the storytelling with graphic visuals and producing publish-ready content.

What will you do?
  • Create Visual Concepts: Develop visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the audience
  • Design Layouts: Design the layout and production design for various materials such as reports, presentations, brochures, and other documents
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with writers, editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective designs
  • Use Design Software: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the organization's branding guidelines and standards
  • Review and Revise: Review designs for errors before publishing and make necessary adjustments
  • Oversee Production Process: Manage the production process from the initial concept to the final product, ensuring timely and high-quality output
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design and production techniques and technologies

Skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to take complex and technical concepts into easily digestible graphics
  • Strong organization and project planning skills; strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members


Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and production management, preferably in a similar role. Will be asked to produce a sample
  • Languages: fluency in spoken and written English; Any other language is a plus
