Job Related Experience 4-6 Years Required: Candidates with consulting background with exposure to Strategy development (growth strategy, entry strategy), Strategy implementation, Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions, especially Commercial diligence (CDD) & Valuation Preferred: Performance improvement (Business Transformation, Profitability improvement) Preferred sector experience: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, Electrical

1. Contribute to Country Strategy Formulation & Implementation: • Develop Country's long strategy and support deployment • Providing inputs to management for decision making, providing basic infrastructure in terms of processes, dashboard, etc. Partial Market Share, Top and bottom line growth
2. Contribute to M&A activities: • Identify gaps and opportunities where inorganic growth is required • Contribute to developing strategic case for M&A • Identify, profiling and evaluate potential targets • Support due diligence and deal process Partial Completion of deliverables specific to the role
3. Preparation & Implementation of Business Cases/ Action: • Evaluate, Identify, Prepare Business Cases for different segments on the market potential, competition, SEI's prospects, etc which includes Information collection & analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Action Plans, Execution • Control & help in deployment of Business Action Plans to ensure long term accelerated Profitable Growth and Leadership Position Partial Complete, high quality and on time planning and implementation
4. Strategic Programs: • Contribute to Business Cases for Strategic Programs through Market Interviews, Customer Interviews, Market Surveys, Internal Brainstorming and then provide/present scenarios to the Steering Committee Supportive Specific to any program launched
