• Ensuring books closure as per the defined timelines & enable smooth & accurate HFM reporting of DVC Material, DVC Labour, MBC & SFC as per conservative accounting.
• Prepare robust Analysis of Change along with commentaries for 6 Manufacturing entities
• Prepare monthly reviews with Manufacturing Management on Actual Performance & comparison against Budget
• Prepare GM & Mix analysis for 6 factories for a tune of 2000crores
• Driven Productivity action plans in terms of Material / Labour as per the budget & timely present to management on the progress
• Responsible for Rolling Forecast on a monthly basis & updating in HFM (Four Rolling Forecast in a year)
